Responsibilities & Achievements

• Designed and integrated LLM chatbot into our React web platform. Developed UI using Typescript, established WebSocket connections, implemented JWT for user authentication, and handled the logic to initiate API calls when the chatbot discerns user intent from messages.
• Led design and implementation of an 'Insights' component, providing at-a-glance summaries of complex data. This component effectively synthesizes information across multiple charts, including various ticket metrics, and serves as a system that highlights anomalies, making it easier to discern information.
